This Privacy Policy explains how Mrja.store Inc. ("mrja", "we" or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us. This policy does not apply to information we process on behalf of our enterprise business customers.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

  1. This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with, interalia:

    1. Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

    2. Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”).

    3. Regulation 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

  1. Generally, some of the functions on the Mrja Platform require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Mrja Platform, or through any interaction with us via emails, telephone calls or other correspondence, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. You hereby consent to the collection of such information by Mrja. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, information collected by us from you may include (but is not limited to) the following:

    1. contact data (such as your email address and phone number).

    2. demographic data (such as your gender, your date of birth and your pin code).

    3. data regarding your usage of the Mrja Platform and history of the appointments made by or with you through the use of Mrja Platform.

    4. insurance data (such as your insurance carrier and insurance plan).

    5. other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us (such as information shared by you with us through emails or letters or uploaded on the platform in connection with the Mrja Platform).

  2. The information collected from you by Mrja may constitute ‘personal information’ or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ under the SPI Rules.

    1. “Personal Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

    2. “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean personal information about that person relating to:

      1. passwords.

      2. financial information such as bank accounts, credit and debit card details or other payment instrument details.

      3. physical, physiological, and mental health conditions.

      4. sexual orientation.

      5. medical records and history.

      6. biometric information.

      7. information received by a body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise.

      8. visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and

      9. call data records.

  3. Mrja will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.
